Return the product:
By law you have 14 days from the date you receive the product to withdraw from the contract and send the product back unchanged and unused. Within this time you need to contact us by sending filled Return Form (post or e-mail: email@example.com). After that you need to send back the product within 14 days (you are also responsible for securing the pacakge). We will reimburse the money to you (price + shipping cost) within 14 days – to speed up the process you can send us the proof of postage.
Remember – we do not accept COD (Cash on Delivery) parcels.
File a complaint:
If your product came incomplete or damaged you can file a complaint with us by sending filled Complaint Form (post or e-mail: firstname.lastname@example.org). Within 14 days from the date of complaint we will resolve it. If you've chosen repair or replacement we will do it at our own expense.
We will make every effort to ensure this situations won't happen very often, but if they do we will make sure everything runs smoothly.
